Sara Erlbaum
Sara Erlbaum earned her BA in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis and her Juris Doctorate and Masters in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School. A former prosecutor and advocate in Mental Health Law, Sara currently serves as an elected official for the Whitemarsh Township Board of Supervisors, where her peers consistently voted her to positions of leadership. After experiencing a life-altering illness, Sara began practicing yoga and meditation techniques over a decade ago when traditional medicine was unable to provide her relief. Since the inception of the current conflicts, Sara has been supporting soldiers through Adopt-A-Platoon. Through her relationships and candid discussions with these soldiers, Sara realized that, just as in her personal experience, alternative treatments are needed to assist these soldiers to reintegrate into life post-deployment. It was here that Sara's passion for iRest and assisting warriors merged. She is enthusiastic about bringing the healing techniques of iRest to warriors and their families. |
